Objective To investigate the effect of PHF19 gene on proliferation, invasion and migration of cervical cancer cell lines Hela and HCC94.Methods Human cervical cancer Hela and HCC94 cells were cultured, and the expression of PHF19 gene was knocked down by siRNA.RT-qPCR was used to detect the expression of PHF19 mRNA in different groups.CCK-8 was used to detect cell proliferation.Wound-Healing and Transwell assay were used to observe the effects of PHF19 on the migration and invasion of cervical cancer cells. Results RT-qPCR results showed that the expression of PHF19 mRNA in HeLa and HCC94 cells decreased after siRNA transfection(P<0.05).CCK-8 results showed that the proliferation activity of HeLa and HCC94 cells decreased after siRNA transfection(P<0.05).Wound and Transwell experiments confirmed that compared with the control group, the invasion and migration ability of HeLa and HCC94 cells decreased after siRNA transfection(P<0.05).Conclusion PHF19 gene may promote the proliferation, invasion and migration of Hela and HCC94 cells.
