高职院校“四室合一”创新型实训中心构建研究——以传播工程学院实训中心为例

摘　　要：文章以传播工程学院实训中心建设为例,阐述了集专业实训室、创新创意创业工作室、行业协会企业办公室、技能大师工作室为一体的"四室合一"实训室的建设背景、建设思路和建设实践."四室合一"实训中心的构建是对现有高职院校内实训基地的一次创新尝试,为高职院校的实践教学、社会培训、技术开发、社会服务和创新创业五大功能提供了实现途径.Taking the construction for the training center of the School of Communication Engineering as an example, this paper expounds the construction background, ideas and practices of the "Four Rooms in One" training center integrating professional training room, innovation and creative studio, association and enterprise office, and skill master studio. This is an innovative attempt to the training bases in higher vocational colleges. It provides a way to realize the five functions of practical teaching, social training, technology development, social services, innovation and entrepreneurship in higher vocational colleges.
