摘 要:采用新型两亲高分子吸附材料作为萃取剂,研制了一种快速固相萃取(U-SPE)的装置,建立U-SPE与气相色谱-质谱联用,同时测定饮用水中49种半挥发性有机物(SVOCs)的方法。实验优化了快速固相萃取及样品前处理条件并进行了方法学考察。实验发现:2L水样在10 min内即可完成污染物富集,49种SVOCs均得到有效富集分离,线性关系良好,相关系数R^(2)≥0.995,最低检出限为0.001~0.059 ug/L,定量限为0.004~0.198 ug/L,加标回收率为72.50%~113.45%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.010%~~0.744%。该方法快速、灵敏、高效,适用于饮用水中多种SVOCs的同时检测可为水质中痕量半挥发污染物的快速监测与治理提供依据。A new amphiphilic polymer adsorption materiaL was used to fast solid phase extraction(U-SPE) device. The method of simultaneous determination of 49 semi-volatile organic compounds(SVOCs) in drinking water by U-SPE and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry was established. Experimental optimization of fast solid phase extraction and sample pretreatment conditions, and methodological studies were conducted.The study showed that 2 L water sampLes can be enriched within 10 minutes, all 49 svocs were effectively enriched and separated. The method has a good linear relationship,correlation coefficient R2≥ 0.995, method detection limit was 0.001 ~ 0.059 ug/L, quantitative limit was 0.004 ~ 0.198 ug/L,recovery rate of standard addition was 72.50% ~ 113.45%, the relative standard deviation(RSD) was 0.010% ~ 0.744%. This method is fast, sensitive and efficient, for simultaneous detection of multipLe svocs in drinking water. It can provide the basis for the rapid monitoring and treatment of trace semi-volatile pollutants in water quality.
