摘  要:该研究旨在调查东北刺人参不定根粗提物(OCE)的抗菌特性。用OCE处理单增李斯特菌以及猪霍乱沙门氏菌后,确定OCE对2种菌的最低抑菌浓度(MIC),并调查OCE对2种菌细胞膜通透性的影响。结果表明:OCE对单增李斯特菌以及猪霍乱沙门氏菌的MIC分别达到了4和8 mg/mL,并且经OCE处理之后,2种菌胞外的电导率、蛋白质浓度、核酸含量以及碱性磷酸酶的活性显著升高,可以判断2种菌的细胞膜渗透性发生改变,表明OCE对单增李斯特菌以及猪霍乱沙门氏菌具有较好的抑制效果。因此,OCE可用于抑菌产品的开发。The aim of this study was to investigate the antibacterial properties of the crude extract of Oplopanaxs elatus Nakai(OCE).After treating Listeria monocytogenes and Salmonella enteritidis with OCE,the minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC)of the OCE on the two bacteria and the effect on the permeability of the bacterial cell membrane were investigated.The results showed that the MIC of OCE against Listeria monocytogenes and Salmonella enteritidis reached 4 and 8 mg/mL,respectively.After OCE treatment,the extracellular conductivity,protein concentration,nucleic acid content and alkaline phosphatase activity of the two strains were significantly increased.It can be judged that the membrane permeability of the two bacteria has changed,indicating that OCE is effective for Listeria monocytogenes and Salmonella enteritidis and has a good inhibitory effect.Therefore,OCE can be used for the development of antibacterial products.
