摘 要:该试验旨在研究在体外瘤胃培养液中添加十八碳多不饱和脂肪酸对瘤胃内微生物发酵特性、脂肪酸组成结构及SCD指数的影响。采集3头延边黄牛瘤胃液,与人工唾液按1∶1比例混合制成体外培养液。试验设对照组(CON,培养液)、亚油酸组(LA,培养液+60 mg亚油酸)和亚麻酸组(LNA,培养液+60 mg亚麻酸),每组设3个重复。结果表明:与CON组相比,LA组和LNA组12 h时丙酸含量显著上升(P<0.05),2、6和12 h时不饱和脂肪酸(USFA)含量显著上调(P<0.05)、饱和脂肪酸(SFA)显著下调(P<0.05),ω-3、ω-6脂肪酸显著下调(P<0.05),2 h时c9t11C18∶2/t11C18∶1比值显著提高(P<0.05),6 h时c9C18∶1/C 18∶0、c9t11C18∶2/t11C18∶1比值均显著提高(P<0.05)。综上所述,在体外瘤胃培养液中添加LA、LNA对延边黄牛瘤胃微生物发酵有促进作用,改变了脂肪酸组成结构和SCD指数。The purpose of this experiment was to study the effect of adding eighteen carbon polyunsaturated fatty acids to the rumen culture medium in vitro on the microbial fermentation characteristics,fatty acid composition and SCD index in the rumen.The rumen juice of 3 Yanbian Yellow Cattles was collected and mixed with artificial saliva in a ratio of 1∶1 to prepare an in vitro culture medium.The experiment was set up a control group(CON,culture medium),a linoleic acid group(LA,culture medium+60 mg linoleic acid),and a linolenic acid group(LNA,culture medium+60 mg linolenic acid),with 3 replicates in each group.The results showed that compared with the CON group,the propionic acid content of the LA group and the LNA group was increased significantly at 12 h(P<0.05),and the content of unsaturated fatty acid(USFA)was significantly increased at 2,6 and 12 h(P<0.05),and saturated fatty acid(SFA)was significantly down-regulated(P<0.05),ω-3 andω-6 fatty acids were significantly down-regulated(P<0.05),and the value of c9t11C18∶2/t11C18∶1 was significantly increased at 2 h(P<0.05),the value of c9C18∶1/C18∶0,c9t11C18∶2/t11C18∶1 was increased significantly at 6 h(P<0.05).In summary,the addition of LA and LNA to the in vitro rumen culture fluid can promote the fermentation of rumen microorganismsin in Yanbian Yellow Cattle,and change the fatty acid composition and SCD index.
