中国民营制造企业海外发展内在驱动要素研究——基于法经济学所有权优势分析

摘　　要：在"中国制造2025"战略实施和国际国内双循环新发展的格局背景下,内在驱动要素是提升我国民营制造企业海外发展能力的出发点。基于2013—2018年692家中国民营制造上市企业样本,从所有权优势视角,运用AHP分析法探究其海外发展内在驱动要素。对比显示,代表所有权优势的企业规模、技术创新能力和经营管理能力均对企业海外发展有显著驱动作用,但各要素影响力度明显存在差异:企业规模影响最为显著,验证了近年中国企业纷纷选择"海外集聚,抱团发展"的海外发展现象;随着海外业务不断扩张,企业技术创新能力影响明显增强。但受行为短期化影响,企业多采用"价廉多销"的海外扩张战略,对技术创新能力和成长能力缺乏关注,忽视了企业海外长期发展。新形势下,企业海外扩张思路亟待拓展,并伴随规模不断扩大,企业更应关注技术创新能力提升和产品品质建设。Under the dual implementation strategy"Made in China 2025"and the strategic plan of"accelerating the formation of a new development pattern featuring domestic circulation as the main body and mutually reinforcing the dual circulations of domestic and international economy",the intrinsic driving factors are the starting point for improving the overseas expansion capability of China’s private manufacturing enterprises.Based on the sample of 453 Private listed enterprises in China in 2013-2018,this paper uses AHP to explore the intrinsic driving factors that influence the overseas expansion.The comparison of empirical test results shows that the enterprise scale,technological innovation ability and management ability which represent the advantage of enterprise ownership have significantly promoted the overseas expansion of Chinese private manufacturing enterprises,But there are obvious differences in the influence of each factor:The influence of enterprise scale is the most significant,which verifies the overseas phenomenon that Chinese enterprises choose"overseas agglomeration and group development"in recent years.However,due to the influence of short-term behaviors,enterprises often adopt the overseas expansion strategy of"more cheap,more sales",lack of attention to technological innovation ability and growth ability,and neglect the long-term overseas development.Under the new situation,the overseas expansion ideas of enterprises are in urgent need change,and with the continuous expansion of scale,enterprises should pay more attention to the improvement of technological innovation ability and product quality construction.
