摘　　要：目的探讨多元化访视对抑郁症无抽搐电休克治疗(MECT)患者应激反应的影响效果。方法将2019年2~8月住院首次进行MECT治疗的抑郁症患者100例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组50例。对照组采用常规的治疗前护理,观察组采用多元化访视模式。比较2组患者应激反应、焦虑水平的变化情况。结果干预前2组患者心率、收缩压、焦虑自评量表评分(SAS)差异无统计学意义(t1=0.594,t2=0.378,t3=0.706,P>0.05)。干预后,治疗前30 min,治疗后2 h观察组患者心率、收缩压及治疗前30 min SAS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);SAS评分改变与访视方式、心率变化呈负相关(P<0.01);心率变化与访视方式、血压变化呈显著正相关(P<0.01),与SAS评分改变呈显著负相关(P<0.01);血压变化与访视方式、心率变化呈正相关(P<0.01)。结论多元化访视模式的运用能减轻抑郁症患者MECT治疗前应激反应,降低焦虑水平。Objective To investigate the effects of diversified interview on the stress response in patients with depression treated by modified electroconvulsive therapy(MECT).Methods One hundred patients with depression who were treated firstly by MECT in our hospital from February to August 2019 were enrolled in the study,who were randomly divided into observation group group(n=50)and control group(n=50).The patients in control group were treated by routine pre-treatment nursing,however,the patients in observation group were treated by diversified interview mode.The changes of stress response and anxiety level were observed and compared between the two groups.Results Before intervention there were no significant differences in heart rate,systolic blood pressure,anxiety self-assessment rating scale(SAS)scores between the two groups(P>0.05).The heart rate,systolic blood pressure,anxiety self-assessment rating scale(SAS)scores at 30min before MECT and 2h after MECT in observation group significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Moreover the SAS scores change was negatively correlated with visiting mode and heart rate changes(P<0.01),and the change of heart rate was positively correlated with the visiting mode and blood pressure change,however,blood pressure change was negatively correlated with the change of SAS scores(P<0.01).Conclusion The application of diversified interview can relieve the stress response and the level of anxiety in depression patients before MECT treatment.
