摘　　要：目的分析Ceramage聚合瓷高嵌体对糖尿病伴轻中度牙周炎缺损磨牙根管治疗后的修复效果及对长期疗效。方法选取2018年6月-2019年11月该院收治的糖尿病伴轻中度牙周炎缺损磨牙根管治疗患者78例为研究对象,随机单双数法分为对照组39例,接受常规性全冠修复治疗,观察组39例则为Ceramage聚合瓷嵌体冠治疗,对比两种不同治疗方式效果。结果治疗前两组患者CI以及BI等指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组患者PLI以及CI等优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者牙齿折断和松动等状况发生机率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗前血糖指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组患者血糖水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论为糖尿病伴轻中度牙周炎缺损磨牙根管治疗患者采用Ceramage聚合瓷嵌体冠修复治疗时,可有效提升患者咀嚼功能,提升疾病治疗总有效率,有临床应用价值。Objective To analyze the effect and long-term effect of Ceramage polymer ceramic onlay on root canal treatment of defect molars with diabetes and mild to moderate periodontitis.Methods A total of 78 patients with diabetes mellitus and mild to moderate periodontitis defect molars root canal treatment were selected from June 2018 to November 2019 in the hospital.They were randomly divided into a control group of 39 patients by odd and even numbers,and received routine treatment for crown restoration treatment,39 cases in the observation group were treated with Ceramage polymer inlay crowns,and the effects of two different treatment methods were compared.Results Before the treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in CI and BI and other indicators between the two groups of patients(P>0.05);after treatment,the PLI and CI of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of tooth fracture and loosening in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no statistically significant difference in the blood glucose index of the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);the observation group after treatment of the blood glucose level of the patients was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Ceramage polymer ceramic inlay crown restoration treatment for patients with diabetes mellitus and mild to moderate periodontitis defect molars root canal treatment can effectively improve the patient's masticatory function,improve the total effective rate of disease treatment,and has clinical application value.
