摘　　要：通过回顾和分析1例罕见的因肝胆管结核引起梗阻性黄疸的临床诊疗过程,以增强临床医师对肝胆管结核术前尽可能获取组织学及微生物学证据、术中及时行冰冻活检重要性的认识,避免误诊误治。Review and analyze the clinical diagnosis and treatment process of one rare case of obstructive jaundice caused by hepatobiliary tuberculosis,in order to enhance clinicians’awareness of the importance of obtaining histological and microbiological evidence as much as possible,and performing the intraoperative frozen section examination in time during operation.
