摘  要:目的研究真姬菇Hypsizygus marmoreus(Peck) H.E.Bigelow次生代谢产物的化学成分。方法真姬菇大米培养发酵物乙酸乙酯提取物的分析采用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20、半制备HPLC进行分离纯化,根据理化性质及波谱数据鉴定所得化合物的结构。结果从中分离得到11个化合物,分别鉴定为灰绿曲霉素(1)、 2-(3,8-环氧-7,9-庚二烯基)-6-羟基-5-(17-甲基-2-丁烯基)苯甲醛(2)、2-(3,8-环氧-7,9,11-庚三烯基)-6-羟基-5-(17-甲基-2-丁烯基)苯甲醛(3)、2-(E-3-庚烯基)-3,6-二羟基-5-(17-甲基-2-丁烯基)苯甲醛(4)、isotetrahydroauroglaucin(5)、异二氢金(色)灰绿曲霉素(6)、灰绿曲霉黄色素(7)、毛壳菌吡喃宁(8)、6′-oxo-chaetopyranin(9)、二氢金(色)灰绿曲霉素(10)、曲霉素(11)。结论所有化合物均为首次从玉蕈属真菌次生代谢产物中分离得到。AIM To study the chemical constituents of the secondary metabolites derived from Hypsizygus marmoreus(Peck)H.E.Bigelow.METHODS The ethyl acetate extract from the fermented rice substrate of H.marmoreus was isolated and purified by silica,Sephadex LH-20 and semi-preparative HPLC,then the structures of obtained compounds were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral data.RESULTS Eleven compounds were isolated and identified as echinuline(1),2-(3,8-epoxy-7,9-heptadienyl)-6-hydroxy-methyl-16-butenyl)benzal-dehyde(2),2-(3,8-epoxy-7,9,11-heptantriene)-6-hydroxy-5-(17-methyl-2-butenyl)benzaldehyde(3),2-(E-3-heptneyl)-3,6-dihydroxy-5-(3-methyl-2-butenyl)benzaldehyde(4),isotetrahydroauroglaucin(5),isodihydroauroglaucin(6),flavoglaucin(7),chaetopyranin(8),6′-oxo-chaetopyranin(9),dihydroauroglaucin(10),aspergin(11).CONCLUSION All the compounds are isolated from genus Hypsizygus for the first time.
