失眠认知行为疗法联合百乐眠胶囊对脑卒中后睡眠障碍患者睡眠质量和血清神经递质水平的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨失眠认知行为疗法(CBT-i)联合百乐眠胶囊对脑卒中后睡眠障碍(PSSD)患者睡眠质量和血清神经递质水平的影响。方法将90例PSSD患者根据随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,各45例。对照组给予CBT-i干预,研究组在对照组基础上给予百乐眠胶囊。比较两组的睡眠状况、中医证候积分、血清神经递质水平和临床疗效。结果干预后,两组的PSQI评分和中医证候积分均降低,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,两组的血清5-HT、MLT水平均升高,DA水平降低,且研究组优于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组的临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论CBT-i联合百乐眠胶囊治疗PSSD患者的效果显著,可提高患者睡眠效率,促进神经功能恢复,改善血清神经递质水平。Objective To explore the effects of cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia(CBT-i)combined with Bailemian capsule on sleep quality and serum neurotransmitter level in patients with post-stroke sleep disorders(PSSD).Methods A total of 90 patients with PSSD were divided into control group and study group according to random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was given CBT-i intervention,and the study group was given Bailemian capsule on the basis of the control group.Sleep status,TCM syndrome score,serum neurotransmitter level and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the PSQI score and TCM syndrome score in the two groups decreased,and those in the study group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the levels of serum 5-HT and MLT in the two groups increased,while the DA level decreased,and those in the study group were better than the control group(P<0.05).The clinical efficacy in the study group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion CBT-i combined with Bailemian capsule in the treatment of PSSD patients has a significant effect,which can improve the sleep efficiency,promote the recovery of neurological function,and improve the serum neurotransmitter level.
