摘 要:目的探讨宫颈癌发生发展中酸性成纤维细胞生长因子(aFGF)、碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)的表达及临床价值。方法选取2018年1月至12月本院收治的宫颈癌60例[年龄(50.4±2.3)岁]、宫颈上皮内瘤变20例[年龄(50.6±2.7)岁]患者作为研究对象,同时选择正常宫颈组织20例[年龄(50.1±2.1)岁]作为对照对象,均经病理组织学检查确诊。分析各组人群aFGF mRNA与bFGF mRNA基因的表达半定量结果,aFGF、bFGF对Hela细胞增殖的影响。结果aFGF mRNA与bFGF mRNA基因在宫颈癌、宫颈上皮内瘤样病变中存在过度表达现象,aFGF mRNA与bFGF mRNA在宫颈癌[分别为(1.227±0.048)、(1.324±0.095)]、宫颈上皮内瘤样病变[分别为(0.759±0.092)、(0.799±0.063)]中的基因表达高于对照组[分别为(0.645±0.036)、(0.656±0.114)],两组比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。宫颈癌Ⅲ、Ⅳ期aFGF mRNA基因表达分别为(1.300±0.128)、(1.342±0.141),bFGF mRNA基因表达分别为(1.367±0.125)、(1.399±0.130),高于Ⅰ、Ⅱ期[分别为(0.967±0.048)、(1.032±0.077)、(0.999±0.101)、(1.179±0.044)](均P<0.05)。Ⅰ、Ⅱ期aFGF mRNA与bFGF mRNA基因表达高于宫颈上皮内瘤样病变(均P<0.05)。在高分化宫颈癌中aFGF mRNA与bFGF mRNA基因表达为(1.189±0.110)、(1.238±0.095),中分化宫颈癌中分别为(1.139±0.127)、(1.295±0.105),低分化宫颈癌中分别为(1.192±0.096)、(1.319±0.097),差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05),故与肿瘤病理类型没有明显关系。分期一样,bFGF mRNA略高于aFGF mRNA,但是整体没有太大差异(P>0.05);aFGF mRNA的表达和bFGF mRNA的表达呈正相关(P<0.05);bFGF mRNA略高于aFGF mRNA,但是整体没有太大差异(P>0.05);aFGF、bFGF水平增高,两组增殖都明显,但是bFGF组增殖更明显,在75.00μg/L浓度时程度最高。结论aFGF、bFGF在宫颈癌发生、增殖、浸入期间发挥着重要的作用,可以将其作为重要指标。Objective To investigate the expression levels and clinical values of acid fibroblast growth factor(aFGF)and basic fibroblast growth factor(bFGF)in the development of cervical cancer.Methods Sixty patients with cervical cancer who were(50.4±2.3)years old and 20 patients with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia who were(50.6±2.7)years old treated at our hospital from January to December,2018 were selected as the study objects;and 20 ones with normal cervical tissue who were(50.1±2.1)years old were selected as the control subjects(a control group).The semi-quantitative expression results of the aFGF and bFGF mRNA genes in each group were analyzed,and the effects of aFGF and bFGF on Hela cell proliferation were also analyzed.Results The expression levels of aFGF and bFGF mRNA genes were(1.227±0.048)and(1.324±0.095)in the patients with cervical cancer,were(0.759±0.092)and(0.799±0.063)in the patients with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia,and were(0.645±0.036)and(0.656±0.114)in the control group,with statistical differences(all P<0.05).The expression levels of aFGF and bFGF mRNA genes were(1.300±0.128)and(1.367±0.125)in the patients with phaseⅢcervical cancer and were(1.399±0.130)and(1.342±0.141)in the patients with phaseⅣcervical cancer,which were higher than those in the patients with phaseⅠcervical cancer[(0.967±0.048)and(0.999±0.101)]and than those in the patients with phaseⅡcervical cancer[(1.032±0.077)and(1.179±0.044)](all P<0.05).The expression levels of aFGF and bFGF mRNA genes in the patients with phaseⅠandⅡwere higher than those in the patients with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(all P<0.05).The expression levels of aFGF and bFGF mRNA genes were(1.189±0.110)and(1.238±0.095)in the patients with high differentiation cervical cancer,were(1.139±0.127)and(1.295±0.105)in the patients with moderate differentiation cervical cancer,and were(1.192±0.096)and(1.319±0.097)in the patients with low differentiation cervical cancer,with no statistical differences(all P>0.05).The aFGF mR
