摘　　要：通过对二手车全产业链创新型人才需求的分析,指出了二手车鉴定与评估专业方向与双创深度融合的重要意义,并从双创导师团队、资源开发及活动运营3个方面提出二手车全产业链智慧双创平台的“3+4+5”运营机制。导师团队方面,强调建立“行-校-企”三位一体的动态导师库,形成共享机制;资源开发方面,要在行业、社会、学校和企业四方作用下,形成基于“智慧新生态”模式的共建机制;活动运营方面,以“五课堂”联动方式推进智慧教学,形成师生和校企共同运营机制。通过平台的“共享、共建、共营”机制建设达到服务二手车全产业链人才培养,师生共赢、校企共赢的目的。The paper analyzes the demand of innovative talents in whole industrial chain of used cars,points out the significance of the deep integration of used car specialty and innovative undertaking,and puts forward the platform’s“3+4+5”operation mechanism from three aspects:entrepreneurship and innovation mentor team,resource development and activity operation.Mentor team emphasizes to establish a dynamic tutor pool of“industry-university-enterprise”to form a sharing mechanism;resource development should form a joint construction mechanism based on the model of“smart new ecology”under the role of industry,society,school and enterprise;activity operation adopts“five classes”linkage mode to promote intelligent teaching and form a joint operation mechanism between teachers and students,school and enterprise.Through the“sharing,co-construction and co-operation”mechanism,the purpose of serving whole used car industrial chain is achieved,and win-win situation between teachers and students,school and enterprise is achieved.
