摘 要:目的优化军医院校毕业生TCCC演训方案,并评价其效果。方法通过研究小组讨论,制定红蓝对抗综合演练方案,采用自行编制的问卷进行教学效果评价。结果共调查学员288名,教学评价得分最高的三个项目依次为内容安排(4.40±0.73)、总体设计(4.33±0.79)和时间安排(4.32±0.77)。学员认为本次教学能够提高其学习兴趣、参与度、主动思考能力、参与意愿及其对TCCC的掌握和应用能力。讨论本演训方案突出以战领训、突出体系训练、突出对抗检验和突出打牢基础,设置科学合理。Objective To improve and evaluate the training project of TCCC training. Methods A comprehensive drill project based on adversary simulation was developed according to the previous drill project, and self-designed questionnaire was used to evaluate the training effects. Results Totally 288 students were involved, the top three highest score items were training substance(4.40±0.73), training project(4.33±0.79) and time allocation(4.32±0.77). The students believed that the training project could help them to improve their learning interests, the active thinking ability and the willingness of participation. What’s more, the application ability and technique of TCCC were strengthened. Conclusion The training project of this study is scientific and reasonable, which can improve the training willingness and application ability of the students.
