摘 要:针对液压滑阀在声发射技术下内泄漏信号样本采集不足、变量因素考虑不全的问题,搭建了声发射内泄漏检测实验系统。以公称通径为10 mm、16 mm、20 mm的液压滑阀为研究对象,通过改变阀芯直径、间隙高度、密封长度及滑阀上下游压差对液压滑阀进行声发射信号采集并记录实际内泄漏率。对180个工况内泄漏信号定阶后基于Burg算法进行AR模型功率谱分析,并提取能量特征分析内泄漏率与敏感特征关系。结果表明,能量特征能有效区分不同间隙高度的内泄漏率,并成功判断内泄漏率是否大于40 ml/min。Aiming at solving problems of insufficiency in collecting internal leakage signal samples under acoustic emission technology and incomplete consideration of variable factors,an acoustic emission internal leakage detection experimental system of hydraulic slide valves was built.Taking the hydraulic slide valves with nominal diameters of 10 mm,16 mm and 20 mm as the research objects,acoustic emission signals were extracted and actual internal leakage rate was recorded by changing valve core diameter,clearance height,sealing length and the pressure difference between upstream and downstream.After recording the leakage signals in 180 working conditions,power spectrum analysis of AR model was conducted based on Burg algorithm,and the energy feature was extracted to analyze the relationship between internal leakage rate and sensitive feature.The results show that the energy characteristics can effectively distinguish the internal leakage rate at different clearance heights and successfully judge whether the internal leakage rate is greater than 40 ml/min.
