摘 要:针对非标定制化自动装配产线中的生产工艺和流程不可更改的问题,基于数字孪生技术对生产工艺和流程提出重新设计、优化和改进。根据唐山某公司现场调研装配产线的功能,设计多适应装配产线的工艺流程,实现数字孪生系统的质控过程同步监控、生产过程的仿真优化设计及协作生产等三个功能;并采用深度学习云决策平台+雾制造网络架构实现工业大数据的相互融通及智能决策。数字孪生多适应装配产线落地应用,实现非标定制自动化产线的研发、智能优化决策及组装工件的定制化更改,提高了生产效率、扩展了产线适应性。In order to solve the problem that the production process and process can not be changed in non standardized automatic assembly line,this paper proposes redesign,optimization and improvement of production process and process based on digital twin technology.According to the function of the assembly line of a company in Tangshan,this paper designs the process flow which is suitable for the assembly line,and realizes three functions that synchronous monitoring of quality control process of digital twin system,simulation optimization design of production process and collaborative production;The deep learning cloud decision-making platform+fog manufacturing network architecture is adopted to realize the mutual integration of industrial big data and intelligent decision-making.The digital twin is more suitable for the application of assembly line,realizes the research and development of non-standard customized automatic production line,intelligent optimization decision-making and customized change of assembly parts,improves the production efficiency and expands the adaptability of production line.
