摘 要:目的建立顶空毛细管柱气相色谱法检测游泳池水中三卤甲烷类消毒副产物(THMAs)的方法,监测深圳市龙岗区游泳池水中THMAs的暴露水平。方法对顶空毛细管柱气相色谱法检测游泳池水中THMAs进行实验和条件优化,并采用此法检测2019年深圳市龙岗区游泳池水中THMAs。结果该方法检测的各消毒副产物的线性良好,相关系数为0.999,平均加标回收率为99.0%~112.0%,相对标准偏差为0.8%~3.6%,检出限为0.03~0.06μg/L,游泳池水检出消毒副产物的含量三氯甲烷>二氯一溴甲烷>一氯二溴甲烷,且游泳池水中THMAs的含量高于原水。结论该方法简便、快速、灵敏和准确,适用于游泳池水中THMAs的测定。了解深圳市龙岗区游泳池水中THMAs的暴露水平,为减少相关健康危害提供参考。Objective To establish an method for disinfection byproducts(DBPs) of trihalomethanes(THMAs) in swimming pool water by headspace capillary gas chromatography,monitor the exposure level of THMAs in swimming pool water in Longgang District of Shenzhen City. Methods Experiment for swimming pool water THMAs detection by headspace capillary gas chromatography was carried out and the conditions were optimized. THMAs in water of swimming pool in Longgang District of Shenzhen City in 2019 was detected by this method. Results Curves of the investigated THMAs by the developed method showed good linear relationship with the correlation coefficient of 0.999,the average fortified recoveries were 99.0%-112.0%,the relative standard deviation was 0.8%-3.6%,and the detection limit was 0.03-0.06 μg/L. The contents of THMAs in swimming pool water decreased as the following sequence: chloroform,bromodichloromethane and chlorodibromomethane. Furthermore,THMAs in swimming pool water was higher than those in raw water. Conclusion The established method is characterized by simplicity,rapidness,high sensitivity and accuracy and it is suitable for THMAs detection in swimming pool water. The exposure level of THMAs in swimming pool water in Longgang District of Shenzhen City is investigated,which provide a reference for reducing associated health risks.
