摘　　要：目的:探讨LncRNA-CRNDE在弥漫性大B细胞淋巴瘤(DLBCL)患者中的表达及临床意义。方法:通过SYBR GreenⅠ荧光实时定量聚合酶链反应(RQ-PCR)方法,检测69例初发DLBCL患者和21例淋巴结反应性增生(RLH)患者外周血中LncRNA-CRNDE的表达量,分析LncRNA-CRNDE的表达量与临床特征之间的关系。结果:(1)69例DLBCL患者外周血中LncRNA-CRNDE的表达量明显高于RLH组(P<0.01);(2)DLBCL组患者治疗后LncRNA-CRNDE的表达量较治疗前明显下降(P<0.01);(3)DLBCL患者中LncRNA-CRNDE的表达与患者B症状(发热、消瘦、盗汗等全身症状)、Ann Arbor分期、国际预后指数(IPI)及化疗敏感性有关(P<0.01);(4)DLBCL患者中高表达LncRNA-CRNDE组的中位无进展生存时间较低表达组明显缩短(P<0.01);(5)Cox回归分析显示,LncRNA-CRNDE的表达及化疗敏感性是影响DLBCL患者预后的独立危险因素(P<0.01)。结论:LncRNA-CRNDE高表达与DLBCL预后不良相关,LncRNA-CRNDE未来可作为预测DLBCL患者预后的生物标志物。Objective:To investigate the expression of LncRNA-CRNDE in patients with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma(DLBCL),and to analyze its correlation to clinical features.Methods:The expression of LncRNA-CRNDE was detected by SYBR Green I real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction(RQ-PCR).The expression of LncRNA-CRNDE in peripheral blood of 69 patients with DLBCL and 21 patients with reactive lymphoidhyperplasia(RLH)was measured.The relationship between the expression of LncRNA-CRNDE and the clinical characteristics was analyzed.Results:(1)In the DLBCL group,the expressions of LncRNA-CRNDE was significantly higher when compared with the RLH group(P<0.01).(2)After treatment,the expression of LncRNA-CRNDE was significantly down-regulated in DLBCL group(P<0.01).(3)In the patients with DLBCL,the expression of LncRNA-CRNDE was significantly correlated with clinical stage,IPI scores,B symptoms and chemotherapy sensitivity(P<0.01).(4)In the patients with DLBCL,the progression-free survival in high expression of LncRNA-CRNDE group was significantly shorter than that in low expression of LncRNA-CRNDE group(P<0.01).(5)Cox regression analysis verified that the expression of LncRNA-CRNDE and chemotherapy sensitivity were independent risk factors for DLBCL prognosis(P<0.01).Conclusion:The high expression of LncRNA-CRNDE is associated with poor prognosis of DLBCL.In the future,LncRNA-CRNDE might be expected to become a new biomarker for predicting the prognosis of DLBCL.
