替吉奥胶囊联合改良Roux-en-Y食管(胃)空肠吻合术治疗胃癌患者的短期临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨替吉奥胶囊联合改良Roux-en-Y食管(胃)空肠吻合术治疗胃癌患者的临床效果。方法选取我院2015年6月-2018年1月胃癌患者157例,按随机数字表法分为对照组(n=78)与研究组(n=79),对照组采取标准Roux-en-Y食管(胃)空肠吻合术联合替吉奥胶囊治疗,研究组采取改良Roux-en-Y食管(胃)空肠吻合术联合替吉奥胶囊治疗,观察对比两组Visick分级指数、血清人嗜酸粒细胞趋化蛋白(CCL11)、胃泌素17(G17)水平、并发症发生率及生活质量(EORTC-QLQ-C30)评分。结果研究组Visick分级指数优于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后血清CCL11、G17水平较治疗前低,且研究组较对照组低(P<0.05);研究组并发症总发生率较对照组低(3.80%vs.14.10%,P<0.05);两组末次随访EORTC-QLQ-C30评分较治疗前高,且研究组较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论胃癌患者采取改良Roux-en-Y食管(胃)空肠吻合术联合替吉奥胶囊治疗,能改善血清CCL11、G17水平,提高预后恢复水平及生活质量,且具有安全性。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of tegafur capsule combined with modified Roux-en-Y esophageal(gastric)jejunostomy in the treatment of patients with gastric cancer.Methods A total of 157 patients with gastric cancer treated from June 2015 to January 2018 in our hospital were enrolled.They were divided into a control group(n=78)and a study group(n=79)according to a random number table.The control group was treated with standard Roux-en-Y esophageal(gastric)jejunostomy combined with tegafur capsule,and the study group was treated with modified Roux-en-Y esophageal(gastric)jejunostomy combined with tegafur capsule.The Visick grading index,serum human eosinophil chemotactic protein(CCL11),gastrin 17(G17)levels,complication rate and quality of life(EORTC-QLQ-C30)scores were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The Visick grading index of the study group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The levels of serum CCL11 and G17 in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the study group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the study group was 3.80%,lower than 14.10%in the control group(P<0.05).The EORTC-QLQ-C30 score at the last follow-up was higher than that before the treatment,and the study group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with gastric cancer can be treated with modified Roux-en-Y esophageal(gastric)jejunostomy combined with tegafur capsule,which can improve serum CCL11 and G17 levels,improve prognosis recovery and quality of life,and it is safe.
