摘　　要：由不同要素构成的科技服务体系是推进科技创新活动高质量发展的重要保障。文章基于结构、功能、特点等维度,具体剖析了科技服务体系的要素构成,并构建了科技服务体系的系统层级结构。在此基础上,文章提出科技服务体系的“五力”模型,并就“十四五”时期如何进一步提升科技服务体系的综合竞争力进行了路径规划。The sci-tech service system composed of different factors is an important guarantee to promote the high quality development of sci-tech innovation activities.Based on the dimensions of structure,function and characteristics,this paper analyzes the factors of the sci-tech service system,and constructs the hierarchical structure of the sci-tech service system.Based on the above,the“five-force”model of the sci-tech service system is put forward,and the path planning of how to further improve the comprehensive competitiveness of the sci-tech service system in the period of the“14th Five-Year”Plan is carried out.
