摘 要:探讨五年制预防专业本科生以电视健康养生类节目为平台的“营养与食品卫生学”教学模式,提高高校营养与食品卫生学教学质量。文章以安徽理工大学医学院五年制预防医学系2012—2015级预防医学专业共133人为研究对象,在“营养与食品卫生学”课程教学中,依托于电视健康养生类节目,将书本知识与生活有效地结合,从教学方式上进行改革,通过课程考试,从平时、期末和总成绩的分数及等次对教学效果进行评价。教学改革前后实验组与对照组相比,平时成绩分数两组间差异无统计学意义(t=-0.602;P>0.05),期末成绩与总成绩两组间差异有统计学意义(t=-8.924,-8.360;P值均<0.05)。平时成绩等次两组间差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=-6.229;P>0.05),期末成绩与总成绩两组间差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=58.459,54.149;P值均<0.05)。基于电视健康养生类节目为平台的“营养与食品卫生学”教学模式可以调动学生积极性,提高教学效果。In order to improve the teaching quality of“Nutrition and Food Hygiene”in colleges and universities,the teaching mode of“Nutrition and Food Hygiene”based on the basic TV health programs for five-year prevention undergraduates is discussed.In the course of“Nutrition and Food Hygiene”,133 students from Grade 2012—2015,Department of Preventive Medicine,Faculty of Medicine,Anhui University of Science and Technology were selected as the subjects of the study.In the course of“Nutrition and Food Hygiene”,the teaching methods were reformed by combining book knowledge with life effectively based on TV health programs.Before and after teaching reform,there was no significant difference in scores between the two groups(t=-0.602;P>0.05),but there was significant difference between the two groups in final scores and total scores(t=-8.924,-8.360;P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups in normal grade(χ^(2)=-6.229;P>0.05),there was significant difference between the two groups in final grade and total grade(χ^(2)=58.459 and 54.149;P<0.05).The results show that the teaching mode of“Nutrition and Food Hygiene”based on TV health programs can arouse students’enthusiasm and improve the teaching effect.
