供给侧改革视角下黑龙江省旅游发展研究

摘　　要：黑龙江省近年来旅游发展平缓,究其原因,主要是因为旅游产品结构出现了问题。现从供给侧改革的视角出发,发现黑龙江省的旅游产业存在旅游产品单一、基础设施较差、从业人员素质不高等问题。基于此,现提出优化旅游产品结构;加强旅游基础设施建设;加强旅游专业人才培养等发展对策。With the increase of people’s tourism activities, the supply scale of tourism products is expanding day by day. In recent years, the tourism development of Heilongjiang Province is slow. The main reason is that there are problems in the structure of tourism products. From the perspective of supply-side structural reform, this paper finds that there are some problems in the tourism industry of Heilongjiang Province,such as single tourism products, poor infrastructure, insufficient quality of employees and lagging development concept. Based on this, this paper thinks that in terms of tourism products, we should optimize the product structure and strengthen the cultural connotation of products;in terms of infrastructure construction,we should strengthen the construction of rural roads and build key tourism nodes;in terms of talent cultivation, we should strengthen the training of front-line staff, introduce and cultivate professional tourism management talents, and establish a cultural and tourism management team. At the same time, the government should play a guiding and supervising role in the tourism supply-side structural reform.
