疫情防控状态下高职院校学生教育管理与对策研究——以北京财贸职业学院为例

摘　　要：新冠肺炎疫情的突然爆发为高校学生工作带来了一次“大考”,如何有效开展防疫工作,化危机为契机,守住学校安全底线和维持正常教学秩序,成为学生日常教育管理的主要问题。以北京财贸职业学院为例,分析疫情对学生、教师、学校带来的影响,从制度制定、思想政治教育、就业工作、心理健康、教育信息化五个方面介绍学校防控新冠肺炎疫情的学生管理实践,以期为高职院校疫情防控常态化工作提供新参考。The sudden outbreak of Corona Virus Disease 2019(COVID-19)has brought a“big exam”to the student work in universities.How to effectively carry out the epidemic prevention work,turn the crisis into an opportunity,keep the baseline of school safety and maintain the normal teaching order,has become the main problems of students’daily education management.Taking Beijing College of Finance and Commerce as an example,this paper analyzes the impact of the epidemic on students,teachers and the school itself,introduces the practical experience of student management under the situation of epidemic prevention and control from five aspects:system,ideological and political education,employment,mental health and education informatization,in order to provide new reference for the normalization of epidemic prevention and control in higher vocational colleges.
