实习护生职业锚与压力负荷的关系——人文关怀的中介作用

摘　　要：目的调查实习护生职业锚、压力负荷以及人文关怀能力,并探讨人文关怀在职业锚与压力负荷之间的中介效应。方法2020年9月至12月对乌鲁木齐市的3所三级甲等综合医院的562名实习护生为研究对象,研究工具为一般资料调查表、职业锚评定量表、压力负荷评定量表和护士人文关怀测评量表。结果562名实习护生职业锚总分为(109.53±12.86)分,压力负荷总分为(65.37±14.69)分,人文关怀总分为(74.25±13.03)分;经相关性分析,实习护生人文关怀与职业锚呈显著正相关(P<0.05),压力负荷与职业锚、人文关怀均呈负相关(P<0.05);人文关怀在实习护生职业锚和压力负荷之间占据的中介调节效应值比例为35.81%(P<0.05)。结论人文关怀能力通过职业锚显著影响实习护生的压力负荷,建议医院重视实习护生这一职业发展的重要形成期,医院管理者重视实习护生的职业管理并积极践行人文关怀理念,使其热爱护理职业并对自身发展充满积极性,促进护理事业的优质发展。Objective To investigate the occupational anchor,pressure load and humanistic care ability of practice nursing students,and to explore the mediating effect of humanistic care between occupational anchor and pressure load.Methods From September to December 2020,562 nursing students from three 3A-level general hospitals in Urumqi were selected as the research objects.The survey tools were general data survey scale,occupational anchor rating scale,pressure load scale and humanistic care ability rating scale of practice nursing students.Results The total scores of occupational anchor,pressure load and humanistic care of 562 nursing students were(109.53±12.86),(65.37±14.69)and(74.25±13.03).The correlation analysis showed that there was a significant positive correlation between the humanistic care and occupational anchor(P<0.05),and there was a negative correlation between pressure load and occupational anchor,humanistic care(P<0.05).The mediating effect vzlue of humanistic care between occupational anchor and pressure load of practicing nursing students in Urumqi City was 35.81%(P<0.05).Conclusion The humanistic care ability significantly affects pressure load of practice nursing students through career anchor,the hospital should attach great importance to the practice nursing students career development important formative years.Hospital administrators attach importance to the professional management of interns and actively practice the concept of humanistic care,so that they love the nursing profession and are full of enthusiasm for their own development,and promote the high-quality development of nursing.
