摘 要:目的探讨呼吸科护士接种流感疫苗现状及影响因素。方法采用一般资料问卷,护士接种流感疫苗调查问卷对北京市城六区8所三级甲等医院299名呼吸科护士进行调查。结果呼吸科护士流感知识得分为(16.19±3.20)分,危险感知得分为(33.16±6.07)分,健康控制信念得分为(21.03±4.43)分,呼吸科护士流感疫苗接种率为22.74%。多元逐步回归分析结果显示,第一学历、职称、疫苗接种情况是流感疫苗接种行为的主要影响因素(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论呼吸科护士流感疫苗接种行为总体处于较低水平。提示护理管理者应针对第一学历、职称、疫苗接种行为进行干预,进一步探索提高呼吸科护士疫苗接种行为的方法和途径。Objective To investigate the current situation and influencing factors of influenza vaccination in respiratory nurses.Methods A total of 299 respiratory nurses from 83A-level hospitals in six districts of Beijing were investigated by using general information questionnaire and the influenza vaccination questionnaire for nurses.Results The influenza knowledge score of respiratory nurses was(16.19±3.20),risk perception score was(33.16±6.07),health control belief score was(21.03±4.43),and influenza vaccination rate of respiratory nurses was 22.74%.The results of multiple stepwise regression analysis showed that the first educational background,professional title and vaccination status were the main influencing factors of influenza vaccination behavior(P<0.01 or P<0.05).Conclusion The influenza vaccination behavior of respiratory nurses is generally at a low level.It is suggested that nursing managers should intervene according to the situation of the first education,professional title and vaccination,and explore the methods and approaches of providing vaccination behavior for nurses in respiratory department.
