摘  要:射线浓度计在选矿生产中应用较为广泛,但在实际使用过程中,如何标定以及如何判断安装是否合适,仍然存在问题。本文分析了γ射线浓度计的工作原理,提出了首先进行称重法取样,然后进行线性拟合,最后通过分布来判断安装是否合理并解方程确定系数。相比于传统的烘干法,该方法显著改善了标定速度,更加适用于复杂多变的工况。γ-ray absorption is widely used in beneficiation production,but there are still problems,such as how to calibrate,how to judge are the installation is appropriate.This paper analyzed the principle ofγ-ray absorption,and proposed a method,firstly the weighing method is used for sampling,then the linear fitting is used,and the distribution is used to judge whether the installation is reasonable and the coefficient is determined by solving the equation.Compared with the traditional drying method,this method significantly improves the calibration speed,especially more suitable for complex conditions.
