摘　　要：目前我国化妆品安全风险评价工作仍处于起步阶段,本文通过分析化妆品安全风险因素、可能引起的健康危害,基于风险管理原则,提出化妆品安全风险评价工作框架,并建议在框架下开展管控技术、方法标准、基础数据库等研究,以不断建设和完善化妆品安全风险评价体系。At present,the safety risk assessment of cosmetics is still in its infancy in China.Based on the principles of risk management,this paper put forward a framework for the safety risk assessment of cosmetics by analyzing the safety risk factors and the possible health hazards of cosmetics,and proposed to carry out research on control technology,method standards and basic databases under the framework,so as to continuously build and improve the safety risk assessment system of cosmetics.
