摘　　要：儒家"内圣外王"精神深刻影响了中国古代医家的生命范式。"内圣"重在心性的体会和道德修养的提高。中国古代医家重视修身,主要表现在处理不同的人际关系方面,体现出儒家君子人格的特征。以"孝悌"为核心的"内圣"精神还突出地表现在古代医家从医道路的人生选择上,即"由孝学医"。具备"精""诚"的"大医"可以说是君子人格的延伸。古代医家将"诚"放在首位,尤可见儒家"内圣"精神对中国古代医家群体的深刻影响。The Confucian spirit of"Saint Inside and King Outside"had a profound influence on the life paradigm of ancient Chinese doctors."Saint Inside"focuses on the understanding of the heart and the improvement of moral cultivation.Ancient Chinese doctors attach great importance to cultivating one’s morality,which is mainly manifested in dealing with different interpersonal relations and reflects the gentleman personality characteristics of Confucian ideal.The spirit of"Inner saint"with"filial piety"as the core is also prominent in the life choice of ancient doctors,that is,"learn medicine by filial piety and fraternal duty".The"great doctor"with"delicacy"and"sincerity"can be said to be the extension of the ideal personality of the Confucian gentleman.The ancient doctors put"sincerity"in the first place,which shows the profound influence of the Confucian spirit of"inner saint"on the ancient Chinese doctors.
