摘　　要：卒中后疲劳是卒中存活患者常见的一种主观感受并且长期存在的并发症,严重影响其生活质量及社会功能。目前卒中后疲劳的相关研究有限,其异质性大,研究结果存在较大争议。因此,本研究就目前卒中后疲劳的研究现状展开综述,旨在为康复工作提供理论参考。Post-stroke fatigue is a common subjective and long-term complication of stroke survivors,which seriously affects their quality of life and social function.At present,the related researches of post-stroke fatigue are limited,its heterogeneity is large,and the research results are quite controversial.Therefore,this study summarizes the current research status of post-stroke fatigue,aiming to provide a theoretical reference for rehabilitation work.
