摘　　要：未来世界各国的竞争,是高素质人才的竞争。本文深入分析了美国、德国、日本三个发达国家在研究生教育质量保障体系建设中的实践经验,从中汲取对我国研究生教育质量保障体系建设有价值的三点启示作用。In the future,the competition among all countries in the world is the competition for high-quality talents.This paper deeply analyzes the practical experience of the United States,Germany and Japan in the construction of graduate education quality assurance system,and draws three valuable enlightenments for the construction of graduate education quality assurance system in China.
