基于校企合作背景下的招生就业工作现状分析研究

摘　　要：在校企合作背景下,高校与企业携手共同致力于办学模式的优化。此时,在学生培养方面受到了两方面的共同关注,然而却由此带来招生就业工作未能同学生培养工作相适应的问题。下面在分析了校企合作内涵之后,着重说明当前招生就业工作现状中的突出问题,并尝试提出建设性与可操作的改善策略。Under the background of school enterprise cooperation,colleges and enterprises work together to optimize the school running mode.At this time,both sides pay attention to the students’training.However,the enrollment and employment work cannot adapt to the student training work.After analyzing the connotation of school enterprise cooperation,this paper focuses on the outstanding problems in the current enrollment and employment work,and tries to put forward constructive and operable improvement strategies.
