摘　　要：新时代背景下,国家越来越重视思想政治教育和少数民族地区的发展状况。随着各民族间的联系与交流日益密切,各民族大学生的学习与生活方式也随之改变,相应的高校少数民族大学生思想政治教育也呈现出一些新特点,原有的高校少数民族大学生思想政治教育工作并不能适应其新特点。因此,高校少数民族大学生思想政治教育工作问题备受社会与学者的重视。本文在分析新时代高校少数民族大学生思想政治教育特殊性的基础上,指出了现阶段高校少数民族大学生思想政治教育工作存在的问题,并提出相应改进思想政治教育工作的措施,以增强高校少数民族大学生思想政治教育的实效性。Under the new era,the state pays more and more attention to ideological and political education and the development of minority areas.The learning style of ethnic college students has changed.The ideological and political education also presents some new characteristics.This thesis puts forward some timely suggestions based on the existing issue in ideological and political education of ethnic minority students in colleges.
