摘　　要：企业道德责任与法律责任不同,它是一种不带强制性的责任。可以说企业道德责任是企业的灵魂所在,体现整个企业的价值观及进行正规化生产经营的道德使命,切实履行好自身的道德责任,不仅需要企业内部加强道德自觉,也需要社会外部的监督。Corporate moral responsibility is different from corporate legal responsibility.It is a non-compulsory responsibility.It can be said that corporate moral responsibility is the soul of the enterprise,which embodies the values of the entire enterprise and the moral mission of formalizing the production and operation of the enterprise.Effectively fulfilling the moral responsibility of the enterprise requires not only the strengthening of moral consciousness of the enterprise itself,but also the supervision from outside the society.
