摘　　要：企业破产管理人选任制度是破产管理人制度的重要内容。要建立健全破产管理人任职的国家、地方、行业资格标准,通过社会中介机构和个人自我申报、有权机关审查与确认等三个环节,建立健全完整的破产管理人名册和数据库,改变破产管理人选任的传统方式,普遍实行竞争为主的指定管理模式,选出适配的管理人,推动企业破产有序展开。The selection system of enterprise bankruptcy administrator is an important part of the bankruptcy administrator system.It is necessary to establish and improve the national,local and industrial qualification standards for the appointment of the bankruptcy administrator,establish and improve the complete roster and database of the bankruptcy administrator through the three links of social intermediary agencies and individuals'self declaration,and the examination and confirmation of the competent authorities,change the traditional way of selecting the bankruptcy administrator,and generally implement the designated management mode dominated by competition to select the appropriate administrator,promote the orderly and effective development of enterprise bankruptcy.
