摘 要:自2019年新型冠状病毒疫情爆发以来,口罩防护材料已成为人们与病毒隔离的最常用和最有效的屏障,市场对口罩的需求十分旺盛。本研究收集了六种来自不同厂家的一次性医用口罩,运用扫描电镜表征其微观形貌,探究不同厂家医用口罩熔喷材料的差异性。结果表明:具有更优过滤性能和防护效果的医用口罩,其熔喷材料的纤维直径细且致密,孔径也更小。本研究所建立的方法可为口罩用熔喷材料的选择、加工和应用提供参考。Since the novel coronavirus,masks have become an effective barrier to isolate viruses.There is a large demand for masks in the market.In this study,six kinds of disposable medical masks from different manufacturers were collected,and their micro-morphology was observed and compared by using scanning electron microscopy to explore the differences of the melt blown materials of medical masks.The results show that for medical masks with better filtering performance and protective effects,the fiber diameter of the melt blown materials is fine and dense,and the pore size is also smaller.This study provides a reference for the selection,processing and application of melt blown materials for medical masks.
