摘 要:以苯胺、丙烯酸、苯酚、甲醛及磺化剂为主要原料制备两性酚类合成鞣剂,讨论了该鞣剂的制备影响因素.用红外光谱(FT-TR)和凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)对产物的分子结构进行表征,并将所得的两性酚类合成鞣剂用于山羊酸皮的主鞣及蓝湿革的复鞣工序.结果表明,Mannich反应最佳温度在110~120℃,合成鞣剂的终点pH控制在6~8.红外光谱检测表明所合成的产物具有预期的两性结构,产物的相对分子质量为1526.应用试验中,用作主鞣时能使鞣革Ts升高10~15℃;用作复鞣时,能较好地提高坯革的物理机械强度,与丙烯酸复鞣剂相比,增厚率更明显,填充性能更优异,进行黑色染料染色后,坯革色泽浓厚,可改善阴离子复鞣剂的浅色效应;SEM观察发现该鞣剂应用后坯革纤维分散程度更均匀,能有效提高鞣革的柔软度.Amphoteric phenolic tanning agents were prepared with aniline, acrylic acid, phenol, formaldehyde and sulfonation agents as the main raw materials, and the preparation influencing factors of the as-prepared tanning agents were discussed. The results show that the optimum reaction conditions of the synthetic tanning agents are as follows: The Mannich reaction temperature is 100 ℃, reaction time is 3 h and the end point pH is controlled in 6~8. The molecular structure of the products was characterized by infrared spectroscopy(FT-TR) and gel permeation chromatography(GPC) and the product was used in the tanning of pickled goat skin and the retanning process of wet blue. The results show that the product characterized by infrared spectroscopy have the expected bisexual structure and the relative molecular mass is 1 526. In the application experiment, the product, used as the main tanning agent could make the Ts of the tanned skin increase 10~15 ℃, besides, the physical and mechanical strength of the tanned leather could be improved. Compared with acrylic retanning agents, the products have excellent thickening rate and filling property to leather, meanwhile, they can make the color of the leather thick when black dyes were used in the leather dyeing. which could obviously improve the hypochromic effect of leather. And it could be observed from SEM that the products could make fibers dispersed uniformly and also effectively improve the softness of leather.
