摘　　要：代谢组学是系统生物学的组成部分,能准确的反映出生物体实时的代谢情况。中医证型是中华民族传统医学的产物,是疾病发展阶段的病理概括。中医的现代化离不开中医证型的标准化研究,而中医五脏疾病分类可以探索中医分型辨证中较为客观的规律。代谢组学的整体性、系统性、动态性与中医理论的整体观、辨证观高度契合。近年来,利用代谢组学技术在中医证型中的研究已经取得了一定的成效,并且研究的角度和深度不断扩展。故本文旨在探讨代谢组学与中医证型的关联,并从中医临床疾病证型、中医证型动物模型等角度分析代谢组学的应用进展,以期代谢组学在中医学领域的研究能更好的服务于临床。Metabolomics is a component of systems biology that accurately reflects the metabolism of an organism in real time.The traditional Chinese medicine syndrome is a product of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)and is a pathological overview of disease development stages.The modernization of TCM is inseparable from the standardized study of TCM syndromes,and the classification of the five organs of TCM diseases can explore the more objective rules of TCM typology and identification.The holistic,systematic and dynamic nature of metabolomics is highly compatible with the holistic and syndrome-based view of TCM theories.In recent years,the use of metabolomics technology in the study of TCM evidence patterns has achieved certain results,and the perspective and depth of research has been expanded.Therefore,the purpose of this paper is to explore the association between metabolomics and TCM syndrome,and to analyze the progress of metabolomics application from the perspectives of TCM clinical disease syndromes and animal models of TCM syndrome,so that the research of metabolomics in the field of TCM can better serve the clinic.
