鼓膜穿刺结合鼓室注药治疗分泌性中耳炎患者的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨鼓膜穿刺结合鼓室注药对分泌性中耳炎患者的治疗效果。方法选择我院2018年1月至2019年4月收治的80例分泌性中耳炎患者作为观察组,另外选择同期来我院进行治疗的80例分泌性中耳炎患者作为对照组。两组患者均接受鼓膜穿刺治疗,观察组患者在此治疗基础上联合鼓室注药方案进行治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组治疗总有效率为96.25%(77/80),对照组为85.00%(68/80),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为2.50%(2/80),对照组为12.50%(10/80),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组2000 Hz、1000 Hz、500 Hz的听阀水平明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床在治疗分泌性中耳炎患者时,在常规鼓膜穿刺治疗基础上联合鼓室注药可有效提高患者的治疗效果,降低并发症对患者产生的干扰,同时能够有效提高患者的听力水平。Objective To analyze the effect of periosteal puncture combined with tympanic injection on patients with secretory otitis media.Methods Eighty patients with secretory otitis media who were willing to undergo treatment from January 2018 to April 2019 were selected as observation group.Eighty patients with secretory otitis media who were treated in our hospital for the same period were selected as the control group.Both groups of patients received tympanic membrane puncture treatment.On the basis of this treatment,patients in the observation group were treated with a tympanic injection scheme.The treatment effects of the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.25%(77/80),85.00%(68/80)in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate in the observation group was 2.50%(2/80),12.50%(10/80)in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the observation group was significantly better than the control group at 2000 Hz,1000 Hz,and 500 Hz,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical treatment of patients with secretory otitis media,combined with tympanic injection on the basis of conventional tympanic membrane puncture treatment can effectively improve the treatment effect of the patient,reduce the interference caused by complications to the patient,and effectively improve the patient’s hearing level.
