摘　　要：随着信息技术的快速发展,传统的办公模式已经无法满足日常工作的需要。为此,建立一套适合目前形势的办公自动化系统已迫在眉睫。文章以一所本科院校为例,详细介绍了学校办公自动化系统的需求分析与设计,对于建立其他高校的办公自动化系统具有一定的参考价值。With the rapid development of information technology,the traditional office model can no longer meet the needs of daily work.For this reason,the establishment of an office automation system suitable for the current situation is extremely urgent.This article takes an undergraduate college as an example to introduce in detail the demand analysis and design of the school’s office automation system,which has certain reference value for the establishment of an office automation system in other colleges and universities.
