摘 要:以杨木化机浆为原料,经对甲基苯磺酸水解和机械处理得到木质纳米纤维,与纳米TiO_(2)均匀分散抽滤干燥得到木质纳米纤维/纳米TiO_(2)复合膜材料,研究纳米TiO_(2)添加量对复合膜表面形貌、力学性能和热稳定性的影响。结果表明,木质纳米纤维和纳米TiO_(2)的平均尺寸均在几十纳米,随着纳米TiO_(2)添加量的增加,复合膜的表面形貌由光滑变得粗糙,拉伸强度先上升后下降。当纳米TiO_(2)含量为5%时,对应的复合膜的拉伸强度达到139 MPa,断裂伸长率为5.7%。热重分析表明,随着纳米TiO_(2)添加量的增加,复合膜的热稳定性略有提升,初始降解温度最高可增加13℃,40%TiO_(2)/LCNF复合膜的残余质量分数最高,达到54%。纳米二氧化钛的少量添加,有助于木质纳米纤维膜材料热稳定性和力学性能的增强,在食品包装材料等领域有一定的潜在应用。Poplar chemomechanical pulp was used as feedstock to produce lignocellulosic nanofibrils(LCNF)through p-toluenesulfonic acid pretreatment followed by mechanical treatment,then LCNF was mixed with nano-TiO_(2)uniformly to prepare LCNF/nano-TiO_(2)composite film by filtration and pressing process.The effect of nano-TiO_(2)addition on the surface morphology,mechanical property,and thermal stability was investigated.Results showed that the average diameter of LCNF and nano-TiO_(2)was tens of nanometers,respectively.The surface morphology of composite film was changed from smooth to rough,and the tensile strength was firstly increased then increased with the increasing addition of nano-TiO_(2).The maximum tensile strength and elongation at break of the composite film was 139 MPa and 5.7%,respectively,when the nano-TiO_(2)content in composite film was 5%.Thermogravimetric analysis indicated that the thermal stability of composite film improved slightly with the increasing content of nano-TiO_(2),the initial decomposition temperature could increase by up to 13℃and the residual mass fraction of 40%TiO_(2)/LCNF composite film was highest with 54%.The addition of a small amount of nano-TiO_(2)helps to enhance the thermal stability and mechanical properties of LCNF film,which shows potential applications in food packaging materialsand other fields.
