摘 要:简述了近年来纤维素降解菌株筛选的研究进展,目前筛选到纤维素降解菌的真菌主要有木霉属Trichoderma、青霉属Penicillium和曲霉属Aspergillus,细菌主要是芽孢杆菌属Bacillus、放线菌主要是链霉菌属Streptomyces。重点介绍了筛选到的纤维素降解菌的菌株名称、菌株种属鉴定、菌株筛选来源、菌株酶活测定条件和纤维素降解效果等。同时,对近年来已报道筛选的纤维素降解菌株的产酶活特性及降解效果进行比较。期望对高效纤维素降解菌株筛选提供借鉴。The research progress of Cellulose Degrading Strains Screening in recent years was briefly introduced.The main cellulose degrading strains screened were Trichoderma,Penicillium and Aspergillus,bacillus and Streptomyces.At the same time,the name of strain,species identification,screening source,enzyme activity test conditions and cellulose degradation effect were introduced.Finally,the enzyme activity characteristics and degradation effects of cellulose degrading strains which have been reported and screened in recent years were compared.It is expected to provide reference for screening high efficient cellulose degrading strains.
