多维度协同下本科高校师资队伍建设路径探讨

摘　　要：高校教师队伍建设是衡量其办学水平的重要指标和要素,一所高水平的本科高校必须拥有一支高水平的师资队伍。立足新时期的学校发展定位,分析高校师资队伍建设中存在的诸多问题,指出高校师资队伍建设要受学校、政府和企业等要素的影响,结合我校情况,提出了多维度协同的师资队伍建设方案。The construction of university teachers is an important indicator and element to measure the level of running a university.A high-level undergraduate university must have a high-level teaching staff.Based on the orientation of school development in the new era,this paper analyzes many problems existing in the construction of university teaching staff,points out that the construction of university teaching staff should be affected by the school,the government and enterprises,and puts forward a multi-dimensional collaborative construction scheme of university teaching staff.
