摘 要:目的:分析在前列腺癌组织中上皮钙黏素(E-cadherin)和转录因子Snail的表达以及与根治术后生化复发的关系。方法:将2018年5月至2019年7月在上海市浦东新区人民医院接受治疗的98例前列腺疾病患者纳入研究,其中52例前列腺癌患者作为肿瘤组,同时将同期确诊为良性前列腺增生的46例患者作为对照组,分析两组患者的临床资料,通过免疫组化测定前列腺癌组织中的E-cadherin和Snail,观察其表达情况;并调查E-cadherin和Snail表达情况与前列腺癌患者根治术后生化复发时间的相关性。结果:肿瘤组E-cadherin阳性表达率明显低于对照组,Snail阳性表达率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);前列腺癌患者在分化程度、淋巴结转移、TNM分期以及远处转移的E-cadherin和Snail阳性表达情况上差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),同时前列腺癌患者中E-cadherin和Snail表达呈负相关;对比前列腺癌患者根治术后无生化复发率,E-cadherin阳性表达者明显高于E-cadherin阴性表达者,Snail阴性表达者明显高于Snail阳性表达者(P<0.05)。随着E-cadherin的阳性降低和Snail的阳性升高,Snail蛋白和E-cadherin蛋白表达为负向相关关系(r=-0.69,P<0.05)。结论:在前列腺癌组织中E-cadherin呈高表达,Snail呈低表达,并且两者的表达情况与根治术后生化复发存在密切联系。AIM:To analyze the expression of E-cadherin and transcription factor Snail in prostate cancer tis‐sues and their relationship with biochemical recurrence after radical resection.METHODS:The patients with prostate disease(n=98)treated in Shanghai Pudong New Area People's Hospital from May 2018 to July 2019 were included in the study.Among them,52 patients with prostate cancer were regarded as the tumor group.At the same time,46 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia were diagnosed in our hospital during the same period,were served as control group.The clinical data in the 2 groups of the patients analyzed,and the expression of E-cadherin and Snail in prostate cancer tissue was measured by immunohistochemistry.The relationship between the expression of E-cadherin and Snail and the bio‐chemical recurrence after radical resection of prostate cancer were investigated with time relevance.RESULTS:The posi‐tive expression rate of E-cadherin in tumor group was significantly lower than that in control group,and the positive expres‐sion rate of Snail in tumor group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).The TNM staging and the positive expression of E-cadherin and Snail in distant metastasis were quite different and statistically significant(P<0.05).At the same time,the expression of E-cadherin and Snail in prostate cancer patients was negatively correlated as compared with radical treatment of prostate cancer patients.No biochemical recurrence rate after surgery was observed.The positive expression of E-cadherin was significantly higher than the negative expression of E-cadherin,the negative ex‐pression of Snail was significantly higher than the positive expression of Snail,and the difference was statistically signifi‐cant(P<0.05).As the positivity of E-cadherin was decreased and the positivity of Snail was increased,the expression of Snail protein and E-cadherin protein was negatively correlated(r=-0.69,P<0.05).CONCLUSION:E-cadherin is highly expressed in prostate cancer tissues,while
