生物陶瓷类材料修复恒磨牙大面积髓室底穿孔的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察生物陶瓷类材料iRoot BP Plus修复治疗恒磨牙大面积(直径≥5 mm)髓室底穿孔的临床效果。方法选取26例恒磨牙大面积髓室底穿孔病例,应用生物陶瓷类材料iRoot BP Plus修复后再行根管治疗。术后定期随访,通过临床与影像学检查观察临床治疗效果。结果术后随访12~24个月,18例患牙无疼痛不适,正常行驶咬合功能,根分叉及根尖周影像无异常,效果良好;2例患牙出现自发痛与咬合不适;6例患牙出现牙周袋,髓室底穿孔处低密度影像,8例患牙均予以拔除。结论生物陶瓷类材料用于恒磨牙大面积髓室底穿孔修复可取得较好的临床效果,能更大程度保留患牙。Objective To observe the clinical effect of bioceramic-based material iRoot BP Plus in repairing the large area(diameter≥5 mm)of permanent molar furcal perforation.Methods 26 permanent molars with the large area furcal perforation were repaired with bioceramic-based material iRoot BP Plus and finished root canal therapy.Follow-up regularly,observe the treatment effect by clinical and radiographic examination.Results After 12~24 months follow-up,18 cases were no pain and normal occlusal function,the root bifurcation and periapical were normal,had a good clinical effect.2 cases had spontaneous pain and occlusal discomfort;6 cases found periodontal pocket,radiolucent lesion appeared in furcal perforation,all of 8 cases were extracted.Conclusion Bioceramic-based material repairing the large area of permanent molar furcal perforation had a good clinical effect,and can retain the teeth to a greater extent.
