校企合作视角下民办高校财务管理专业实践教学体系的构建

摘　　要：财务管理是一门涉及面广、综合性强、灵敏度高的专业,它不仅是企业运行中必不可少的管理工具,也是社会上人才需求量大且就业面广的管理专业。但是,随着我国社会的进一步发展,财务管理专业的就业出现了新的问题,高校培养人才无法满足市场要求,学生往往掌握了扎实的理论基础,但却缺少真正的实践。因此在毕业生开始进入行业时,会出现断层的情况,导致无法学以致用。为了更好地适应社会的需求,高校对专业人才的培养必须进行改革。本文主要分析了校企合作视角下民办高校财务管理专业实践教学体系构建的意义和传统教学模式下高校财务管理专业实践教学体系存在的主要问题;针对上述问题,提出构建校企合作视角下民办高校财务管理专业实践教学体系的措施,从而实现培养符合企业需要的应用型财务管理人才的目标。As a widely-ranged,comprehensive and flexible specialty,financial management plays an essential role not only in the management of enterprises,but in social demand for talents and employment.With the development of our society,new problems in financial management emerges-talent cultivation in higher institutions cannot meet the market requirements,due to the fault in solid theories and lack of real practice.In order to better adapt to the demand of the society,the cultivation of talents in collges and universities has to be reformed.This paper mainly analyzes the significance of constructing the practical teaching system of financial management in non-governmental universities from the perspective of school-enterprise cooperation,and explores the main problems existing in traditional teaching mode.It finally puts forward some measures to construct the practical teaching system so as to achieve the goal of cultivating practical financial management talents that meet the needs of enterprises and the society.
