摘　　要：2019年,我国进入5C商用元年。高带寬、低时延、大连接的5G技术将加速人工智能、云计算、物联网、VR(虚拟现实)、AR(增强现实)等技术的高阶应用,万物皆媒、人机共生、自我进化的智媒时代即将到来。面对“万物互联”的形势和挑战,公众情绪的输出受到来自人工智能的审视和考察。公众需要在合理感性、科学理性、良性生态这三方面的前提下营造并生发出网络语言。本文将从三个逻辑点出发展开对人工智能技术驱动背景下公众情绪的“新境况”和“新态势”的探讨,提出人工智能时代公众情绪理性表达的可持续发展路径,提升公众的网络政治素养、建立文化传播效应,在多元化的表达中真正实现公众言语传播的一场认知革命,优化和进化我们言语建构体系的策略。In 2019,China entered the first year of 5G commercial era.5G technology with its high bandwidth,low latency,and large connection will accelerate the high-end applications of artificial itelligence,cloud computing,Internet of Things,VR(virtual reality),AR(augmented reality)and other technologies.The era of intelligent media is comning.In the face of the challenges of the“Internet Everything”,the public sentiment has been serutinized and inspected by artificial intelligence.The publie tends to create a concurrent network language under the premise of reasonable sense,rationality,and fine cyber ecology.This paper discusses the“new situation”of public sentiment driven by artificial intelligence technology,and proposes a sustainable way for the rational expression of public emotions so as to enhance the network morality and to opinize speech system for netizens.It attempts to have positive effects on culture and communication in multimedia.
