基于扎根理论的临时团队内成员疏离感的驱动因素研究

摘  要:探析临时团队内成员疏离感的影响机理,为深入理解临时团队内成员疏离感的形成机理提供理论支持,为缓解临时团队内成员的疏离感,提高临时团队绩效提供一定的建议与参考。文章依托扎根理论,通过对参加过临时团队的32名成员进行深度访谈获得原始数据,利用Nvivo11软件进行开放式编码、主轴编码、选择性编码,从而梳理出临时团队内成员疏离感的影响因素。在分析的基础上共得到43个概念和10个主范畴,从“个体自身因素-个体间因素-团队因素”3个维度对临时团队内成员疏离感的驱动因素进行阐释,在此基础上提出建立临时团队内的快速信任机制与互惠共享机制、完善临时团队内的制度保障机制的策略建议。This paper explores the influence mechanism of member alienation in temporary teams,so as to provide theoretical support for understanding the formation mechanism of member alienation in temporary team,and provide some suggestions and reference for alleviating member alienation in temporary teams and improving temporary team performance.Based on grounded theory,the original data were obtained through in-depth interviews with 32 members of the temporary team,and the open coding,spindle coding and selective coding were carried out by using Nvivo11 software,so as to comb out the influencing factors of the members’alienation in the temporary team.Based on the analysis,this paper obtains 43 concepts and 10 main categories,interprets the driving factors of the members’alienation in the temporary team from the three dimensions of“individual factors-inter-individual factors-team factors”and puts forward the strategies of establishing the fast trust mechanism and mutual benefit sharing mechanism in the temporary team and perfecting the institutional guarantee mechanism in the temporary team.
