摘  要:为了提高香椿苗木质量和造林效果,开展了香椿大田育苗密度试验。结果表明:育苗密度对苗高、地径、高径比均有显著影响(P<0.05)。随着育苗密度的增大,地径逐渐减小,苗高总体减小,高径比与育苗密度没有明显的线性关系。育苗密度对苗木生物量有显著影响(P<0.05)。叶、根、地上部分与单株生物量随育苗密度的减小均先增大后减小,在25株·m^(-2)密度下最大;茎生物量随育苗密度的减小而增大。Ⅰ级侧根数呈先升高后降低再升高的“N型”曲线变化趋势,以33株·m^(-2)的Ⅰ级侧根数最多。通过相关性分析,苗木生长量、生物量及苗木质量与育苗密度均呈负相关。综合分析得知,香椿大田育苗采用33株·m^(-2)的育苗密度最佳,该育苗密度能充分利用苗圃土地,促进苗木和Ⅰ级侧根的生长,提高苗木质量,从而提高后期的造林成效。In this work,the field seedling density experiment of Toona sinensis was carried out in order to improve the seedling quality and the afforestation effect of Toona sinensis.The results showed that seedling density had significant effects on seedling height,ground diameter,and height diameter ratio.The ground diameter was decreased gradually,while the seedling height was decreased as a whole with the increase of seedling density.There was no obvious linear relationship between height diameter ratio and seedling density.The seedling density had signific ant effects on seedling biomass,the biomass of leaf,root,and above-ground part.The individual plant was increased first,then decreased with the decrease of seedling density,and finally reached the maximum at the density of 25 plants·m^(-2).Meanwhile,the stem biomass increased with the decrease of seedling density.The number of grade I lateral roots first increased,then decreased,and then increased in the"N-type"curve,where the number of grade I lateral roots of 33 plants·m^(-2) was the most.The correlation analysis showed that seedling growth and biomass were negatively correlated with seedling density.In summary,the seedling density of 33 plants·m^(-2) was the best,which can make full use of nursery land,promote the growth of seedlings and grade I lateral roots,and improve the quality of seedlings,so as to improve the afforestation effect.
