犯罪学视角下青少年网络犯罪原因分析及防控对策研究

摘　　要：随着互联网技术的不断发展,网络犯罪行为愈演愈烈。青少年作为网络使用的主要群体,不成熟的世界观和缺乏辨别是非能力致使其容易受到不良网络信息的影响,进而走上网络犯罪道路。从犯罪学视角分析,青少年网络犯罪具有明显的特征及特定的类型。借助犯罪学理论,系统剖析促成青少年网络犯罪的主客观原因,从重视文化建设、提高心理素质、规范生活环境、加强网络监管、运用社区矫正五方面入手,可以对青少年网络犯罪进行有效防控。With the continuous development of internet technology,the cybercrime has become more and more intense.As the main group of internet users,juvenile’s immature worldview and lack of ability to distinguish right from wrong make them vulnerable to the influence of bad internet information,and then embark on the path of cybercrime.From the perspective of criminology,juvenile cybercrime has obvious characteristics and specific types.With the help of criminology theory,systematically analyze the subjective and objective reasons that contribute to juvenile cybercrime,starting from the five aspects of emphasizing cultural construction,improving psychological quality,standardizing the living environment,strengthening cyber supervision and using community corrections,to effectively prevent and control juvenile cybercrime.
