摘  要:近年来,我国农业转基因生物技术研究与产业化发展稳步推进,高速发展的转基因技术对转基因生物安全监管提出了新的要求和挑战。高校作为从事转基因技术研究的重要力量,做好转基因作物田间试验生物安全监管工作尤为重要。文章阐述了转基因作物田间试验生物安全管理的重要性,列举了转基因作物田间试验生物安全管理的相关依据,从切实提高三大责任主体的安全意识、加强转基因试验基地硬件设施建设、建立健全转基因作物田间试验生物安全管理制度等方面,提出了进一步加强高校转基因作物田间试验生物安全管理的相关措施。In recent years,the research and industrialization of agricultural transgenic biotechnology in China are advancing steadily.Accompany with the fast development of transgenic technology,new requirements and challenges for biosafety supervision have emerged.It is very important for universities to do well in biosafety supervision in field experiment,for they are an important part of china′s agricultural transgenic biotechnology research.The importance of biosafety supervision in field experiment of genetically modified crops was elaborated in the paper.Related basis of biosafety supervision of field trials of agricultural transgenic crops was listed.Countermeasures for strengthening biosafety supervision of field trials of agricultural transgenic crops in colleges and universities were put forward,i.e.,raising concept of biosafety of three responsible subjects,strengthening construction of infrastructure in experimental bases,and perfecting regulations of biosafety supervision in field experiment of genetically modified crops.
